SPARKLING VISTAS
_____ _____ appeared on the horizon. What I saw from afar intrigued me. I ran to her. Standing at the door at the top of the stair I could see clearly now whatit was. It was like opening a present. I went up. And afterward I kept going up- higher and higher into the realm of the heavens with her. Sparkling vistas appeared beyond my wildest fantasies. I was in a New World. More than a feeling, her words, her touch planted in me. Only in dreams could it be this way. It couldn't be true. But it was the truth of all time. Here. Right on earth. Right beside me. No- within me to my very soul. And still growing. Higher and higher. Happiness like the birth of a child. Starlight from diamonds that fell a million years ago that will never end. Across the distance - across forever came this angel with a beating heart I think I could hear from a hundred miles.
